Preparation

Add fresh: 500 g beef (eg from the leg) Preparation: 1) Fry the meat in 1 tablespoon of hot oil all around. 2) Pour in 500 ml of water, bring to the boil and stir in the contents of the bag. 3) Cover and cook over low heat for approx. 1½ hours. Turn the meat over halfway through the cooking time. Cut the meat into slices and let it steep briefly in the sauce. We recommend potato dumplings and red cabbage.
