Description
For seasoning meatloaf, minced meat balls, stuffed peppers, German beef steak, meatballs, poultry fillings and liver dumplings.
Recipe tip meatloaf:
Ingredients:
- 500g minced meat mixed
- 100g baker's wakemeal flour
- 2 eggs
- 100g onion cubes
- 20 g parsley
- 3 tablespoons meatloaf spice preparation
- 100 ml milk
Preparation:
Boil the milk with the spice mixture, mix with the wake-up flour and sweat the onion cubes. Mix the meat together with the eggs, the milk mixture and the onions. At 180 degrees approx. Let cook in the oven for 45 minutes.

The instructions are totally wrong, terrible translation and I'd be surprised if anyone can get something edible out of this. Here is the proper translation - especially the bread crumbs translation was very misleading 500g ground meat mix (half pork/half beef) 100g bread crumbs 2 eggs 100g diced onions 20g parsley 3 TBS spice mix 100ml milk
