Nuernberger Bratwurst
Our most popular bratwurst—and a favorite served at our Oktoberfest. Fine and coarsely ground pork and veal come together with herbs and spices for a savory, delicately seasoned bite that pairs beautifully with mustard and sauerkraut.

Smoked German Bratwurst
Coarsely ground pork seasoned with herbs and spices, with a rich, smoky flavor. Finish it on the grill, tuck it into a warm bratwurst roll, and add a generous swipe of German mustard.

Build Your Backyard Biergarten

Your bratwursts are fully cooked and simply need reheating. Warm them gently, then finish on the grill for a lightly browned exterior.

Warm the sauerkraut, serve the German potato salad alongside, and prepare the spaetzle according to its package directions. For an extra comforting touch, toss the cooked spaetzle in a pan with a little butter from your kitchen.

Warm the rolls and pretzels just before serving, then put everything out family-style. Build a bratwurst roll piled with mustard and sauerkraut, spoon the sides onto your plate, and enjoy a soft pretzel between bites.
