At Germandeli.com, we take pride in providing high-quality imported foods, fresh deli products, meats, bakery items, and specialty goods. Due to the perishable nature of many of our products, please review our return and refund policies carefully before placing your order.


Food & Perishable Products

For food safety reasons, Germandeli.com does not accept returns on any food, refrigerated, frozen, perishable, or consumable products.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Sausages and meats
  • Deli items
  • Dairy products
  • Bakery products
  • Chocolates and candies
  • Frozen foods
  • Opened or unopened food products

Returned food items cannot be restocked or resold.


Refund Requests

If there is an issue with your order, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

All refund or replacement requests must include:

  • Clear photographs of the product(s)
  • Photographs of the packaging and shipping box
  • A description of the issue

Claims submitted without photographic evidence may not qualify for review.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us promptly with supporting photos. We review all claims on a case-by-case basis and will work to determine an appropriate resolution when applicable.


Shipping Delays & Carrier Issues

Germandeli.com is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances outside of our control.

We are also not responsible for:

  • Packages left unattended after delivery
  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Product quality issues resulting from delayed retrieval after delivery
  • Melted or heat-sensitive products during warm weather transit

Customers are encouraged to monitor tracking information closely and retrieve refrigerated items immediately upon delivery.


Non-Food Merchandise

Unused, unopened non-food merchandise may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery unless otherwise stated.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Returned merchandise must be in original condition and packaging.


Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled prior to shipment processing. Once an order has been prepared or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
