Cooking Instructions

• Thawing: If frozen, defrost slowly in the refrigerator; do not thaw at room temperature.
• Grilling/Frying Tips:
  • For a rich, golden-brown color, brush the Bratwurst with beer before cooking.
  • To prevent the casing from splitting, heat in hot (not boiling) water for 5 minutes before grilling or frying.
  • Cook in a frying pan with a little oil or butter until evenly browned.
