preparation
Preparation:Bring approx. 3 level tablespoons (18 g)
1) liquid (eg broth or filled roast set) to the boil for 250 ml sauce .
2) Stir in the Mondamin sauce binder darkly and let it boil for 1 minute.
3) Tie as you like, bringing the sauce to the boil again.
4) Season and refine according to taste.
