There are as many different ways to enjoy our speculoos as there are stars in the Christmas sky. Only one thing they all have in common: thanks to the excellent mixture of excellent spices that refine the classic festive short pastry, they all taste incomparably good.
Speculoos comes from the Belgian / Dutch area and found its way to Germany via Westphalia and the Rhineland. Traditionally, the Spekulatius biscuits are provided with an illustration of the history of Nicholas, but there are now other motifs that decorate these delicious places.
In our online shop, you can buy speculoos in a 125g pack: for yourself, but also for your guests or colleagues at work. The delicious cookies are also ideal as a souvenir during the Christmas season.
