Makes potato dough for 500 g (approx. 8 dumplings)

preparation

1. Use the whisk to stir the contents of the pack into 500 ml of cold water.
2. Let the dough soak for 10 minutes.
3. Shape dumplings with moistened hands, place toasted white bread cubes in the middle of the dumplings if desired and place in plenty of boiling, lightly salted water.
4. Bring to the boil briefly and then let it steep in the open pot over low heat for about 20 minutes.
