Bread dumplings - in a cooking bag

  1. Place the desired number of dumplings in a cooking bag in a saucepan with plenty of cold, slightly salted water (the dumplings must be covered with water), soak for 10 minutes, turning occasionally.
  2. Bring the water to the boil with the dumplings and let it boil for about 2 minutes, then let it simmer in the open pot for 15 minutes over low heat.
  3. Take out the finished dumplings and briefly chill them under cold water.
  4. Remove the dumplings from the cooking bags and serve hot.
