Tips for your enjoyment

Rustic Ham-Toast: delicious basis for savory toasts or baguettes, for example with fresh tomatoes and cheese or with tomatoes, herbs and olives. It is also really delicious with anchovies, capers and green lettuce.

Alsatian Tarte Flambée: To ensure that the original tarte flambée gets its really hearty taste, we recommend you put onions, Crème fraîche and strips of ADLER ham on the dough. The strips of ham are also ideally suited for pizza and quiche Lorraine.

Black Forest ham with Rösti and Avocado: Sprinkle some lemon juice on the slices of avocado. Place some avocado and Black Forest ham on the freshly baked Rösti, while it is still in the form. Garnish with fine dabs of Crème fraîche. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper according to taste.

Bauernschinken is a farmer's ham that is air-dried, smoked and sliced thin. It has a similar consistency like prosciutto.

This is defiantly one of the best places to get meats, the meat came in about 2 days and was in a cooler box so it stayed nice and fresh! Thank you for your amazing cold cuts!

I was so happy today. I received BauernSchinken along with German homemade Farmers Rye bread and spreadable Gouda cheese in the mail. It came vacuum sealed and was still actually cold. It tasted so good and brought be back to feeling as though I was sitting in the cafes in Würzburg eating my German sandwich and people watching. This brought back great memories. I will be ordering again for sure
