Nuernberger Bratwurst (3) per 1 lb.

About: This is our most popular Bratwurst and also served at our Oktoberfest.

Ingredients: Selected cuts of Fine and Course Pork and Veil. Seasoned with Salt, Natural Spices & Herbs. Contains no Nitrites.

Serving Info: This product is fully cooked in a natural casing. Try it pan fried or on the grill, served with Potato Salad, Sauerkraut, with your favorite German Mustard.

How to Cook: If frozen, defrost slowly in refrigerator (do not thaw at room temperature).To get the Bratwurst to a nice, dark brown color, brush them with beer before grilling or frying. To prevent the Bratwurst skin from splitting, heat them in hot (not boiling) water for 5 minutes. Fry them in a frying pan with a little oil or butter. For a different flavor, add fresh sage, rosemary, or oregano to the frying pan and brown the Bratwurst with the herbs.

Storage: If you plan on storing product, freeze upon arrival (up to 2 months) or eat within 7 days from original vacuum sealed packaging. If frozen, defrost slowly in refrigerator; do not thaw at room temperature.

These brats are outstanding! I was stationed in Germany for a few years while I was in the Army and these brats compare to the best I had while I was there. I will definitely be back.

Again, made in California, but really high quality. This is the one I've been waiting to try. A German friend recommended this one for the ultimate "taste test" and according to her, it passed with flying colors!

I ordered these for my tailgate party man I gotta say these are absolutely the best brats I’ve ever had !
