Ruf Unsere Gelatine 3x9g

Cake creams, jellies and desserts are sure to succeed with our
ground gelatine. It can also be ideally portioned for small quantities, is
reliable and uncomplicated to use.

One packet corresponds to 6 sheets of gelatine and is sufficient for 500 ml of liquid.

preparation

Mix the contents of the bag with 4-6 tablespoons of cold water and let the mixture swell for 10 minutes.
For
cold masses: heat the swollen gelatine, stirring constantly,
until it is completely dissolved.
Add a few tablespoons of the cold mass to the gelatin and stir briefly. Slowly
stir in the rest of the cold mixture .
For hot masses: Pour the swollen gelatine directly into
the hot (not boiling) liquid. The
gelatin dissolves while stirring .
