Description
Palmin is obtained from the pulp of the coconut. This is first dried, which increases the fat content to 60 to 70%. Once extracted, the pure coconut oil which is finally poured into the palmin-typical mold with cubes.
Palmin coconut fat can be heated to a high temperature and is therefore ideal for roasting, frying, braising, deep-frying and fondue. The cool coconut oil can also be used to make confectionery or glazes.
