PREPARATION FOR MY FRANCINE BUCKWHEAT PANCAKES
To change pancakes and allow you to prepare at home in a jiffy a delicious Breton meal. Homemade buckwheat pancakes are easy!
This package contains :
2 sachets of 220g of preparation allowing each to make about 10 buckwheat pancakes.
To add to my sachet :
- 50cl of cold water (1 / 2L)
Preparation: 5 min - Cooking: 3 to 4 min
Recipe :
1) In a salad bowl, I pour the contents of a sachet then the water while stirring with a whisk. I mix.
No need to let the dough rest!
2) I pour my dough into a lightly oiled and hot pan. Once cooked, I turn it over. I let the other side brown.
3) I place the garnish in my pancake (eggs, bacon, cheese ...) just while it heats up.
Buckwheat flour 40%, wheat flour, rye flour, corn flour, powdered eggs, salt, powdered whey (milk), toasted barley malt.
Possible presence of soy, sesame seeds and nuts.
