Do you think fresh potato dumplings take an entire afternoon? This dough will convince you of the opposite: Simply stir potato flakes into cold water - let soak for 10 minutes - form dumplings - and put them in the boiling water bath. Your dumplings are ready in just 20 minutes. How much time you allow yourself to enjoy is of course up to you.

preparation

  1. TOUCH

    Stir the contents of the package with a whisk in 750 ml of cold water and let the dough swell for 10 minutes.

  2. FORMING

    With moistened hands, form 12 dumplings.

  3. BRING TO A BOIL

    Put the dumplings in plenty of boiling, salted water and let them boil briefly. Then let it steep for 20 minutes over low heat (but don't boil anymore!).
