Many wonder: why is this dumpling actually called half & half? Is it because of the balanced mixture of blanched and boiled potatoes that are first grated for this dumpling and then finely seasoned? Or because some prefer to enjoy it with meat and others with vegetable dishes? We believe because nobody can resist even half a minute if this dumpling is served to them (by the way, it will be eaten in the next half minute).



    Place the dumplings in the cooking bag in a saucepan with cold, salted water.


    Bring your dumplings to the boil briefly and then cook over low heat for 15 minutes.


    Take out the dumplings and briefly hold them under cold water.


    Carefully tear open the cooking bag, serve dumplings and enjoy.
