About: This is our most popular Bratwurst and also served at our Oktoberfest.

IngredientsSelected cuts of Fine and Course Pork and Veil. Seasoned with Salt, Natural Spices & Herbs. Contains no Nitrites.

Serving Info:  This product is fully cooked in a natural casing.  Try it pan fried or on the grill, served with Potato Salad, Sauerkraut, with your favorite German Mustard.

How to CookIf frozen, defrost slowly in refrigerator (do not thaw at room temperature). To get the Bratwurst to a nice, dark brown color, brush them with beer before grilling or frying.  To prevent the Bratwurst skin from splitting, heat them in hot (not boiling) water for 5 minutes.  Fry them in a frying pan with a little oil or butter. For a different flavor, add fresh sage, rosemary, or oregano to the frying pan and brown the Bratwurst with the herbs.

StorageIf you plan on storing product, freeze upon arrival (up to 2 months) or eat within 7 days from original vacuum sealed packaging. If frozen, defrost slowly in refrigerator; do not thaw at room temperature.

Ingredients: Pork, water, veal, non-fat dry milk, salt, spices, sodium phosphate, onion powder, hydrolyzed corn protein

Grilled or pan fried with or without a good Curry ketchup this is our favorite and not as rich as the Weisswurst/Bockwurst also a great one to add to a sausage platter. I prefer because these two are not smoked. Also great to know where they come from
