Schulte Milk chocolate Dominosteine are a Christmas favourite in Germany and Austria. The traditional Chocolate dominos are chocolate squares double filled with spicy gingerbread, persipan and fruit jelly, coated in delicious milk chocolate.

Schulte Dominos have a base of gingerbread cake, topped with a layer of fruit jelly and a layer of persipan. The fruit jelly is made of apple and the persipan is made from apricot kernels. A great mix of textures with the cool tartness of the jelly mixing with the dry cake and slightly chewy persipan.
