1. Use a whisk to stir the contents of a bag and 1-2 eggs into 250 ml of cold milk (1.5%).

2. Heat about 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a non-stick pan, pour in the batter and bake until golden brown on both sides. Divide the pancakes into pieces with two wooden spoons. Bake the pieces briefly while turning again.
