Created by the chefs at GermanDeli.com, this recipe is so easy and so delicious:

Ingredients:
1 Schaller & Weber Pinkelwurst
1 medium onion, diced
2 packages Pfanni Rösti potatoes
1 tsp. Szeged Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Preparation:
Remove the Pinkelwurst from its casing and cut large chunks into a skillet.
Sauté the Pinkelwurst over medium heat until lightly browned.
Drain any excess fat fom the skillet.
Add the onions to the meat in the skillet and sauté until the onions are translucent.
Add the two pouches of Rössti potatoes and mix well with the meat and onions.
Sauté the mixture over medium heat until the potatoes are lightly browned.

Serving Suggestions:
Serve immediately or transfer to a casserole dish.
Serve with scrambled or fried eggs, bratwurst, sauerkraut, or cabbage.
Serves 4 to 6
