Another delicious German Specialty product is Stiglmeier's delicious Bierkugel (Beer Sausage). No cooking necessary, this sausage is ready to eat. Serve it sliced on your favarite German Bread, such as Bauernbrot, Pumpernickel or a Hearty Rye Bread, with a spicy German mustard. This also makes a perfect addition to your party platter. Simply cut into cubes, and together with cubes of assorted cheeses and Stiglmeier's Kilometer Sausage you've got a wonderful Party dish. Keep refrigerated for two (2) weeks. The Beer Kugel can also be frozen for up to 2 months. One Bierkugel is approximately 4 1/4 inches long and 3 inches thick. Our newest German Specialty product from Stiglmeier is their Sulzkotelett. This is a smoked, cured and cooked Pork Chop garnished with a sliced Carrot, Egg & Pickle in a Vinegar-flavored Gelatin. Keep refrigerated (do NOT freeze) and serve cold; it's ready to eat. A delicious lunch (serve with fried potatoes or a cold potato salad) or a mid-day snack (as is). Each cutlet is approximately 5 inches long and 3 1/2 inches wide, one to a pack. The Sulz Cultlet has a one to two week shelf life (remember, do NOT freeze).
