Recipe for Fleischsalat (Meat Salad) Please Note: Our photo depicts a double recipe of this Fleischsalat Recipe, which we would recommend for a party or large gathering. Ingredients: 1 (entire ring) Siegi's Ringwurst (Ring Bologna) or Schaller & Weber Ringwurst 2 packages Knorr Salat-Krönung würzige Gartenkräuter 1 medium onion 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil 10 tbsp. water salt & pepper to taste Or choose your favorite Knorr Salat-Krönung from our large selection. Experiment! Using an electric slicer, slice 1 package of ringwurst into very, very thin slices (1/16 of an inch or less). Slice 1 medium onion into very thin slices (use the same setting). Mix together in a large serving bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk together 2 packages of Knorr Salat-Krönung, 10 tbsps water, and 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour this salad dressing mix over ringwurst and onions and toss until mixed well. Refrigerate overnight for extra flavor and toss again before serving. Remember! For a large party, double the ingredients and follow the same instructions.
